The YIHUA 8786D-I is a 2-in-1 station combining a hot-air gun and a soldering iron. The hot air is what makes it valuable for hardware research: it lets you lift flash chips off a board for chip-off firmware extraction and reflow surface-mount and BGA packages that a plain iron cannot handle.
